Positive, Best looking hotel on the block, with a room with a fine sea view. Dinner was a lovely buffet with great variety. The cheerful and professional staff made it all so much better. I also recommend the boat trip to Cadaques. The blue boat was a highlight!

Well-appointed place, air conditioned rooms. Extensive, savoury breakfast with orange juice, omelette plus warm food made at the moment. Location just next door to restuarants and bars allmost all the way;)))

The venue was in a central location short walk to sandy beach, restaurant and bars allmost all the way. Furthermore, right on the beachfront.
Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

Diverse and extensive breakfast options for every taste.
The staff's attitude was quite disappointing, with some being dismissive and rude during interactions. The air conditioning in our room failed to provide any relief.

Location & view.
Reception staff could have been more helpful at check-in by asking if a twin room was acceptable when a double-room had been requested. Note that the street address on the Booked.net site is not correct for GPS purposes - nor are the driving directions accurate for the last step.

The attitude of the manager which I believe influences some of the key staff, such as those on Reception (though not all) to present a less than professional manner than should be required when dealing with the public. We had reason to make a complaint to the manager due to excessive noise in our bedroom from a faulty bathroom fan, which kept us awake all night as the walls were reveberating. We never complain usually but this was so severe we felt it right to do so on this occasion. So it came as a shock to find that there was little sympathy for our situation. This attitude is reflected in some of the key personnel on Reception who never seem to smile or appear to take any pleasure in their work. Such a shame as it is otherwise a good hotel.

Very nice views from the room
Waking up each morning to a fine sea view reminded me of a dream. The breakfast buffet was extensive, we had energy for our beach adventures.
Unfortunately, the check-in process was quite robotic, lacking warmth, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. Our shower had a slight leak, a bit inconvenient.

It was on the beach and a very central location
We were very badly welcomed by the receptionist on duty. This made our first impression of the hotel very bad and created an uncomfortable feeling for us durining our stay. This is too bad as the rest of the hotel staff were outstanding. We know it is a middle class tourist venue..but they could do some customer service training at the front deck.

The amazing shower! The hotel had great relaxation options like a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The only hiccup was the check-in process, which felt a bit impersonal, but overall, we had a fantastic time! 🌊

Liked rich breakfasts!!
Booked a room with fantastic views, and the staff were professional and very friendly people at the reception desk. It had central location close to Roses Beach. This hotel was in a very nice area right by local bars and resturants, the beach of Roses and what an absolute fabulous historical town.

Decent breakfast (except orange 'juice'). Free-of-charge parking just next to hotel (in off-season). Town centre within walking distance on on the promenade. Just next to the beach. P
